We brought the first ever Scarecrow Festival to Polegate in 2018 and it is now an annual event celebrated by many local residents.
Whether it be from youth groups, care homes, individuals, or families, we have seen 100s of fantastic handmade creations dotted around the town and surrounding areas and we look forward to seeing many more!
The Polegate Scarecrow Festival often runs for two weeks in the summer months of each year and raises funds for two local charities
This is our latest campaign, and the aim is to be able to provide new life-saving emergency equipment to different areas of Polegate.
Our 'Keeping Polegate Clean' initiative provides the chance for residents to volunteer their time back to their community by joining various litter picking events.
This project was backed by the National Lottery Community Fund!
Each June we run multiple community events bringing different people together to celebrate everything that is good about our town!
These were care and support packages made up from generous donations from local businesses and residents and they were delivered straight to those who need them and also to frontline heroes.
Our Cuppa and Cake afternoons gave local residents the time and the place to get together. Working with other organisations we raised awareness about adult loneliness!
